This is our fifth ever changing ever evolving
year now held every Thursday at 7 PM.
We have some amazing artists coming our way to share in this community gathering and the audience is the most diverse and dedicated group.
Carolyn of Pine Piano Service just tuned the piano this week but Rob Fisch came with his keyboard. Dick Kniss came up from Saugerties with his bass. Jay Gerald's got his full kit out and is beaming. He and Michel Carr brought along Chops and Saurkraut last week closing the evening with some great Rockabilly. This week they both did really nice solo work and Matt Bowe sat in on Mandolin.
Carly's in the kitchen with new ideas every week. This week she made Strada, sold a great necklace and bracelet and showed up with her green recorder. I brought fresh salad from the garden and my newest drum. Cindy did some great back-up vocals on my arrangement of What's Going On/Mercy Mercy Me after she rocked the house with her jazz and blues. Martin runs the board. Sarah just came in from Chicago with her poetry and recipes, taking over his additional post as MC. Martin's more relaxed now and Sarah whipped up some delicious coconut tarts. Janet Nightingale of On The Move offers the best in chair massage. A topper for a most relaxing evening.

Mac made the piano ring out tonight with his classical renditions. Paul Trapanese was back with his awesome jazz guitar, Dick Kniss sat in on bass and Rob Fisch having helpers to carry his equipment made it a fabulous trio (Plus Dick had a go at White Rabbit with Carly and Jay) Summer squash scallion pancakes and corn chowder on the menu with an unprecedented peach crisp gift. Thanks Diane. Thanks Crew. Happy Birthday Janet.

I Shawnee BoyEEE would like to play at Amble Underground. I play crazy experiMental music with lovely words beat box and harmonica at the same time, unique vocals, weird arppegiated guitar lines and some super soul funk.
